Delete Account
NearDoor includes an in-app account deletion flow. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open NearDoor.
- Go to Me.
- Open Settings & safety.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
What deletion removes
Account deletion is designed to remove your profile, posts, requests, device push tokens and account activity from NearDoor systems.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained if needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse investigation or backup recovery. Public content already seen by other users may not be fully removable from their devices.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app, use the Contact page and include the phone number or login method connected to the account.
